These Terms of Service govern your use of Routify (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use the App, you must register an account by agreeing to these Terms and following our registration process.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in the following activities while using the App:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Engaging in any criminal activity
- Disrupting or interfering with the App's servers or networks
- Interfering with the operation of the App
- Attempting unauthorized access to the App
- Any other activity deemed inappropriate by us
4. Service Interruption
We may suspend or interrupt the App, in whole or in part, without prior notice in the following cases:
- System maintenance or updates
- Force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, or power outages
- Any other situation where we determine that providing the App is difficult
5. Account Restriction and Termination
We may restrict your use of the App or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate any of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that the App is free from defects, whether factual or legal. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes to the Service
We may change, add to, or discontinue the App with prior notice to users, and you agree to accept such changes.
8. Data Export
You may export your data (habits and habit records) through the App's Settings screen. Exported data is provided in JSON format.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms without notice when deemed necessary. Modified Terms become effective when displayed in the App.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising from the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our principal place of business.
