4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

- Account and habit data: Retained until you delete your account
- Crash logs (Crashlytics): Retained for 90 days (per Google's Crashlytics data retention policy)
- Advertising data (AdMob): Retained per Google's advertising data policies

10. Your Rights
All Users
Regardless of your location, you have the right to:
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time
- Access the data stored about you by contacting us

EEA, UK, and Swiss Users (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you additionally have the right to:
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate personal data

- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format. You can export your data as JSON from the app's Settings screen.
- Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interest

Japanese Users (APPI)
